Before joining Rose Litigation, Nathan was a solicitor with an eastern seaboard firm which held offices in Brisbane, Sydney and Melbourne, and more recently he was a partner of a Gold Coast firm.
Over the years, Nathan has primarily acted in complex matters before the District and Supreme Courts of Queensland, NSW and Victoria, as well as the Federal Courts.
His experience extends across a number of fields, with a particular focus on breach of contract, damages, urgent injunctions, freezing orders, ne exeat colonia orders (no departure orders), punishment for contempt, civil fraud, breach of fiduciary duty and employment disputes.
Nathan is an avid golfer, tennis player and captain of various touch football teams.

- Successfully acted for a real estate agency in the Supreme Court of Queensland to obtain urgent injunctions against a previous employee in relation to the removal of confidential information and client lists.
- Successfully acted for both employers and employees in the enforcement or defence of restraint of trade and restriction of competition clauses.
- Successfully acted for a medical company in the defence of a general protections application before the Fair Work Commission, which was affirmed by the Full Bench on appeal.
- Successfully resolved a matter for an employer before the Queensland Human Rights Commission and Queensland Industrial Relations Commission.
- Successfully acted for a plaintiff in a family provision claim before the Supreme Court of New South Wales, which was resolved on terms favourable to the client.
- Successfully acted for an employee in the pursuit of a claim in the Fair Work Commission, and in the defence of an appeal by the employer before the Full Bench.
- Successfully acted for a foreign investor to obtain freezing orders, ne exeat colonia orders (no departure orders), damages and punishment for contempt against an employee before the Supreme Court of Victoria.
- Successfully acted for a franchisee to resolve a multi-million dollar dispute on terms favourable to the client prior to commencing proceedings in the Federal Court of Australia
