Rob is based in our Brisbane office. He was admitted as a solicitor in 2015.
Rob has extensive experience in a variety of legal matters including shareholder and partnership disputes, contractual disputes, property disputes, and external administration. He provides commercial and strategic advice to his clients in litigation of all sizes and in various Australian state and federal jurisdictions.
Recent matter involvement
- Acted for high net-worth individuals in a business exit dispute across multiple jurisdictions. The matter was settled prior to trial, resulting in a very positive outcome being achieved.
- Acting for an ASX listed entity in property disputes with third party contractors and government bodies.
- Successfully acted for tenants in make good disputes with landlords following the expiration of a lease.
- Acting against employees of a business to enforce restraints of trade.
- Acting for property development and management business in a partnership dispute and shareholder oppression matter.
- Advising external administrators in voluntary administration, liquidation and receivership scenarios.
