7 News reports that suppliers are entering abandoned Oracle building sites, but lawyers are warning they should tread carefully.

Rose Litigation Lawyers partner, Billy Fitzgerald, says that suppliers trying to recoup their costs can’t take the law into their own hands. 

“[Suppliers] simply saying, “I have a retention of title clause; these are mine”, would want to act very carefully because legally, even from a civil point of view, they may not be correct,” says Billy.
