McKinley joined the team in August 2026, having made the move to Brisbane after three years in legal support with the ACT Government in Canberra.
Before her career in law, McKinley spent six years waitressing at a family-owned restaurant in Canberra and for 17 years, she danced competitively dancing for the ACT twice.
McKinley loves going to Broncos games, swimming, and going to the zoo.
