I know most clients would rather be focused on running their business than managing litigation. I don’t see disputes in isolation—every matter affects a business’s people, cash flow, operations and momentum. My role is to shoulder that burden with a pragmatic, commercial approach, allowing clients to focus on creating value while the litigation stays in the background.
Jye is a Solicitor in Rose Litigation Lawyers’ commercial litigation team. Since 2020, he has worked in dispute resolution across commercial disputes, building and construction disputes, insolvency and employment matters, advising businesses, insolvency practitioners and individuals on pragmatic, commercially focused solutions.
Originally from the Gold Coast, Jye spent almost two years practising in Sydney, where he further developed his experience in large scale, complex commercial disputes before returning to Queensland. He has worked in both boutique and larger firms, acting for growing businesses, multinational organisations and high-net-worth individuals.
Alongside his legal practice, Jye is a legal AI specialist and the founder of Law Leads Group, where he develops AI solutions to improve legal workflows and client outcomes.
