- Acted for a lessee to obtain relief against forfeiture of two leases of significant commercial value, and successfully defended the lessor’s appeal.
- Acted for a joint venture partner in securing and executing civil search and freezing orders in a complex multi-party dispute involving suspected fraud.
- Represented a minority shareholder in initiating statutory derivative proceedings against company directors for breaches of directors’ duties.
