Benjamin practices in the areas of commercial litigation and insolvency law. He advocates for his clients in their complex commercial disputes across the Federal and Queensland jurisdictions.
Benjamin has significant experience in acting for clients in an array of commercial disputes including contractual and lease disputes, consumer law disputes, property disputes, shareholder disputes, tortious and negligence disputes. Benjamin also advises and acts for his clients in insolvency disputes such as voidable transaction claims, appointment disputes, DOCA proposals, insolvent trading claims, creditor petitions and winding up disputes.
Benjamin appreciates that litigious proceedings are uniquely stressful situations. Benjamin eases the pressure of litigation for his clients by guiding them through the process and ensuring that they are properly advised of the prospects of their case.
Benjamin makes sure that he gives appropriate time and attention to each of his clients so to properly appreciate their circumstances, needs and goals. In doing so, Benjamin is able to tailor his legal strategy to achieve the best possible commercial outcome for his clients.
