Ben was admitted to practice in April 2024, following the completion of a Bachelor of Laws (Hons) at the Queensland University of Technology.
He has worked in the legal industry since early 2022 with a focus on litigation, insolvency and business disputes, including time at a boutique litigation and insolvency firm before joining Rose Litigation Lawyers, where he has handled a range of complex commercial matters for a wide variety of clients – from individuals to businesses and insolvency practitioners – in disputes that call for both careful legal analysis and a clear-eyed view of the commercial stakes involved..
Ben takes a straightforward approach to his files: understand what the client actually needs to achieve, explain the options in plain terms, and pursue the path most likely to get there without unnecessary delay or cost. He is comfortable across the full life of a dispute, from early strategic advice through to negotiation, mediation and, where required, contested hearings.
Outside of the office, Ben likes to stay active in the gym and on the golf course.
