As bushfires rage across Queensland and New South Wales, Rose Litigation Lawyers wanted to show support for our community and the fire fighters by applying the firm’s annual charitable donation to the Rural Fire Brigade’s Association of Queensland. The RFBAQ is largely funded by community donations, and the team at Rose Litigation Lawyers is pleased to announce that we have been able to donate $4,000.00 to the RFBAQ in this time of need. The brigades work closely with other agencies such as council’s, SES, Main Roads, Forestry and many others; and it is this relationship that allows them to meet the needs of the local community.
The firm’s donation will support the 1,408 Rural Fire Brigades, 488 Fire Stations, 33,683 volunteers (both firefighters and support members), and more during these fires. We know all fire fighters across the country are doing their best to contain the blazes across the east coast and we hope our donation will ensure that these Rural Fire Brigades are best resourced to contain the fires.
