Respected litigation expert Ian Dorey joins the firm as Partner, bringing over 35 years of experience across insolvency, banking litigation and enforcement and complex commercial litigation. His appointment is complemented by the addition of Rob Dickfos as Special Counsel, an accomplished practitioner with more than a decade of experience in commercial litigation.

Mr Dorey joins Rose Litigation Lawyers following senior leadership roles at national and international firms, bringing more than 35 years of experience in insolvency, banking and commercial litigation.
Recognised as a leader in the field, he is a Fellow of ARITA, serves as Deputy Chair of ARITA’s Queensland division, and has been consistently listed in Best Lawyers in Australia for Litigation and Insolvency & Reorganisation Law. His appointment strengthens the firm’s senior capability amid increasing demand for complex dispute resolution expertise.
